🏃♀️ Track and Badminton Court Closure Notice
Please be advised of upcoming track closures at the Irving Oil Field House as we host the Atlantic University Sport Track & Field Championship and other athletic events.
📅 Closures:
🔹 Monday, February 17 | 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
🔹 Thursday, February 20 | 2:00 pm – Close (Atlantic University Sport Championship)
🔹 Friday, February 21 | All Day (Atlantic University Sport Championship)
🔹 Saturday, February 22 | All Day (Atlantic University Sport Championship)
🔹 Sunday, February 23 | 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (Atlantic University Sport Championship)
The Regional Y will remain open during regular hours, and members are welcome to use the track and gym there as an alternative.

Regular Winter Closures:
As we gear up for the busy track and field season, the track will have limited member access from November 4 to the end of March.
📅 Track Closure Times:
- Mondays: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
- Thursdays: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
- Saturdays: 10:00 am – 11:30 am
⚠️ Additional closures may occur for weekend track meets and events. Stay tuned for updates online and on-site.
Alternative Access: The Regional Y track and gym remain open during regular hours.

Field Hours
🏟️ Field Closure Notice
From November 4 to the end of April, our fields will be booked for events and rentals most evenings and weekends. During these times, fields will not be accessible to members.
📅 Field Booking Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: Booked 5:00 pm – Close
- Saturdays: Booked 95% of the time; available hours vary
- Sundays: Booked from Open – Close
Member Access: Fields are available on weekdays before 5:00 pm, subject to availability. Please call ahead to confirm!
