We’re thrilled to announce that the YMCA of Greater Saint John is offering two brand-new programs for older adults (ages 65+) looking to improve their health and wellness at the Irving Oil Field House: the Get Up and Go and Senior’s Community Track Time programs. These programs are offered in partnership with the City of Saint John and the Saint John Community Foundation respectively. Seniors’ Track Time is a free community program that’s open to the general public — not just Y members.
