About the Program

Weekly Training: Every Monday & Wednesday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Group Training: Training will take place in groups of 4 – 8 athletes
Ages: Athletes ages 14 – 22 can register
Cost: Free for Members / $14 + tax per session for Non-Members ($112 + tax for full program)

Meet Our Trainer
Todd MacQueen
Todd began his career in the fitness industry over 20 years ago. Prior to the start of his fitness career he played local and provincial youth baseball, hockey and was active with sports fitness training to compliment his off season teams.
His skills, passion and talent lead him to become very focused on playing competitive hockey which included representing Nova Scotia at the National Midget Championships and The Canada Games plus receiving athletic scholarship for NCAA Div 1 and CIAU hockey.
Todd is focused on sharing his training experiences and helping his athletes through their sport specific functional training and those with strength and weight loss fitness goals!.
He is certified with Canadian Fitness Professionals (CANFITPRO) as a Personal Training Specialist, Twist Conditioning Inc. as a Sport Conditioning Specialist, Functional Movement Screen Coach ( FMS Level 1 ) and is CPR/AED Certified through LIFE START First-Aid & Safety.
